Anita Kassel who had the honour of carrying the Olympic flame last time around for her dedication, serving Scrabble in WP for 27 years.
Anita heads up the Thornton Scrabble Club and is Treasurer for Scrabble SA and for WEPSA.
She is with Jarrod who won the last tournament in WP too.

Not often you see a 12-letter word on the board. A stunning game played at Thornton Club last month between Rosalie Wallach and Gwen Rea. Gwen had a battle to keep up with Rosalie who is a fairly new player.
Zubeida Brey with the group she started off at the South Peninsula School in Cape Town. They played in a tournament with us in August and had a wonderful time and the winners won trophies sponsored by Solomon Lephoto.
