Times From 12 noon on 7th November until about 10
am on 8th November. Clocks will be started if you are late.
Venue -
Format Round Robin (Currently we have 23 players but am expecting a few more so
probably about 25 games) If there is time we will end with one or two KOTH's.
Pairings will be done in advance and games can just continue as your next
partner is ready. I tend to play quite quickly so will stop every few games to
update results.
Clocks will be set at 25 minutes per player. Please bring a clock if you have.
Challenge penalty will be decided by a vote before we start.
There will be coffee, tea and biscuits available all the time. Also a big pot of
vegetable soup and bread. If you want anything else to eat or drink please bring
your own. There will be a fridge and stove available to use.
Please try not to drop out. If you do all the rest of your opponents will get a
forfeit win which is unfair on players that have had to play you already. (will
also destroy your ratings as you will get forfeit losses)

Prize money First prize R3000 Second R1000 Third R500 Last place R250 (non
members not eligible for prizes). These could adjust upwards or will add other
prizes depending on number of entries. Will announce all before we start.
